Beijing Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. has a professional and experienced design team for cement clinker production lines. The design categories cover process design, electrical design, civil engineering design, etc. We have advanced design indicators and performance indicators. The capacity of the clinker production line ranges from 700 tons of cement clinker per day to 12,000 tons of cement clinker per day. Since its establishment in 2008, it has completed the EPC engineering design of more than 20 cement production lines at home and abroad.
In recent years, under the background of low-carbon development requirements in the cement industry, we have accelerated the promotion of green environmental protection technologies, carried out cement plant alternative fuel design and oxygen-enriched combustion design, combined with the low-resistance RSP preheater and decomposition furnace technology that has been applicable for many years, the out-of-stock SNCR+SCR technology, and solid waste resource utilization technology, we have formed a complete set of full-process design solutions to help build green and intelligent cement plants. At the same time, for old production lines that need to increase production and save energy and reduce emissions, we also provide optimization and upgrading solutions for production increase and transformation.
Beijing Triumph actively promotes the application for the national 863 project. So far, we have been authorized with 14 invention patents, 69 utility model patents, and 14 software copyrights; we have edited or participated in the editing of 8 national standards, 4 industry standards, and 5 group standards.
