Three-speed rotary kiln
- Kiln span distribution and steel plate thickness are carefully designed to reduce bending and deformation of kiln shell.
- Kiln support rollers are equipped with floating roller bearings with large diameter and small L/D for higher reliability;
- The segmented girth gear or two-half quenched and tempered girth gear is selected to greatly improve the hardness of the gear surface, to reduce the wear and deformation of the gear surface, and improve the service life of the girth gear. The gear cover with labyrinth structure can effectively improve the sealing performance and avoid oil leakage;
- Improve the configuration of refractory bricks in kiln, reduce the surface temperature of kiln shell and prolong the service life of refractory bricks
- The kiln outlet seal adopts the structure with axial labyrinth and composite seal lamination, and two reverse seal laminations are added inside to greatly improve the sealing performance.
- The kiln inlet seal adopts the structure of heavy hammer compression or cylinder compression friction ring. Lubricating grease is added between the friction plates, which has good sealing effect, simple operation and maintenance with long service life.
Two-stage kiln
- Statically determined structure ensures even distribution of forces onto the twoe supports;
- Less heat dissipation on the shell surface to reduce the heat consumption of the system.
- Low heat load per unit cross-section, low consumption of refractory brick;
- High equipment reliability by avoiding mechanical overload;
- Minimum space requirement, low investment in land acquisition and civil works;
- Low maintenance costs.
