Steel Cord Reinforced Rubber Belt Elevator
SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
Structural features：
- The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface, which can automatically correct the alignment of thebelt;
- The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented friction lining, which is convenient for repair andreplacement;
- The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
- Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail pulleys;
- The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving
Features：
- Elevating altitude: up to 150 meters
- Elevating capacity: up to 1300 t/h
- Compact alignment of buckets, which ensures continuous material feeding and discharge;
- High reliability and lower operation cost compared with chain elevators.

SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.

A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

NAB type Elevator: suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material, it has the same characteristic with
NB type elevator, however, it will provide the complicated conveying route like scraper conveyor.
Structural features
- It is suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material in Chemical Industry.
- The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.
- The noise is much lower, it will satisfy the requirements from Environmental Protection.
- The structure of casing is airtight type, together with the bucket type, the material will not leak.
- The special type of bucket can realize automatic collecting of material accumulated in the bottom.

- PB（PA）Central System Bucket Elevator：bucket is connected continuously, the elevator can discharge from multiple point.
Features：
- It will avoid material broken because of the Container type conveying
